By proceeding with a purchase on TUZE, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Dispatch Timeframes
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days of receipt of payment. We ship orders Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays). During peak sales and busy seasons, our dispatch time frames may fluctuate based upon order volume.
Shipping / Australia
All of our products are available Australia wide. Packages are always sent via tracked post with Australia Post.
Regular: $10
Express: $15
Free Shipping: orders over $200

Delivery Address
It is your responsibility to make sure that your contact details and postal address are correct. In the instance that you submit an incorrect undeliverable address, or provide an incorrect address that is accepted by someone other than yourself, or fail to collect your parcel from the post office within suitable time, this error lies with yourself and TUZE holds no responsibility. If your order is undelivered due to your error and returned to us, we reserve the right to require you to pay additional postage fees to your new address. In the instance that your parcel is unable to be returned to us, you will not qualify for a refund.
Orders lost / Damaged / Delayed in transit
As diligent as we are, there are certain things we have no control over. The delivery timeframe is in no way a guarantee of delivery time. If there are any unforeseen delays, damages or delivery issues with your order once posted, our liability is limited to the amount of any compensation we are able to recover from the delivery service provider.
Currency, GST & Taxes
All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions on the TUZE website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). All products bought on the TUZE website include GST.
As an Australian based business, we are not aware of and do not disclose the different import and customs taxes that international countries may apply to incoming parcels, as these are extremely varied and out of our control. It is your responsibility to pay these taxes on delivery of your product. *USA excluded, please refer to text in red under Shipping / USA section above.
Product Specifications & Colours
It is your responsibility to read all specifications of the product thoroughly before you place your order. Including product sizing, paper thickness, print techniques etc. No refunds will be given due to your oversight in understanding the specifications.
Whilst we do our best to ensure the colours of your products are as close as possible to the colours you see on screen, we can never guarantee a 100% match. Every screen resolution and setting is different, and the colours displayed on your screen may differ slightly to the colours you see in your product. If you wish to view a paper sample in person, please contact us through the contact page to arrange a sample.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all content on the Website (including all text, images, and code) is the intellectual property of TUZE.
All intellectual property rights including the right to reproduce, modify or commercialise the product remain with TUZE and products cannot be resold or reproduced.
If images from our website are reshared, please ensure we are clearly tagged and/or credited.
Payments
For our online retail shoppers we accept payment using Credit Card or PayPal. We do not accept cheques or cash. All payments are processed at the point of order. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.
Privacy
TUZE recognises and respects your privacy and treats your personal information as confidential. All personal details provided will be kept safe, secure and confidential and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties.
